Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Lavender Buy & Win Swarovski Charm Contest (“the contest”) is organised by YSP Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”).
2. Contest Period : 1st May 2019 – 30th June 2019 (Only receipt within these contest dates is valid for entries) and closing date for submission is by 15 July 2019. Entries receive after 5.00pm on 15 July 2019 at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
3. The contest is open to all Malaysian citizen, age 18 and above, residing in Malaysia only (“Eligible Participants”).
4. Eligible Participants are allowed to submit more than one (1) entry with different receipt.
5. Entries received with damaged, corrupted, incomplete or illegible will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
6. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes, and they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. Y.S.P. Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the prizes, in the event of any.
8. The organiser reserves the right to modify the contest mechanisms, withdraw or terminate this contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. In the event of this, a notice will be posted and announced on Pro.care Facebook page and official website page.
9. The organiser will not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage during the shipment of the prizes.
10. Participants personal details collected by Y.S.P. Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia will be kept private and confidential.
11. All Winners will be announced on Procare Facebook Page at the end of the contest. Winners will be notified via phone call and prizes will be deliver to the home address.
12. If the winner is not contactable or contact was attempted, Y.S.P. Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the contest.
