1. The Sorento Rebuild 2020 contest (“the Contest”) is open to all Malaysian residents 18 years old and above. Employees of Sorento Sdn Bhd (“The Organizer”), agencies, employees and immediate family members may participate in the contest but will not be eligible for any prize.
2. The Contest starts from 9:00am 27 February 2020 to 12:00pm 26 May 2020 (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the absolute right to amend the Contest Period if deemed necessary without any prior notice. All entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained.
3. All participants are allowed to submit multiple entries for the contest.
4. Grand Prize Participants must make a purchase of any Sorento product and must have the receipt for verification purposes upon winning. Participants who have purchased any Sorento products within the past 3 years (2017 –2020) are eligible to join.
5. Grand Prize Participants must tag at least 3 friends along with a photo of the purchased Sorento product. Participants must ensure their post is made visible to public and include the hashtag #SorentoRebuild2020.
6. Grand Prize Participants must tag @SorentoMalaysia, and the store that the Sorento item was purchased from. If the store page is not found, insert the store name in the caption of the post.
7. All participants must like and follow Sorento Malaysia’s Facebook Page.

1. Lucky Giveaway Participants must:
   • Upload a photo of any Sorento product at any Sorento authorised dealer and ensure their post is made visible to public.
   • Tag Sorento Malaysia, the store that the photo was taken and at least 3 friends.

1. Thirty-six (36) Lucky Giveaway Winners will be selected at random to win a cash prize of RM188. Three (3) winners will be selected every Friday for twelve (12) weeks and winners can collect their cash prizes at any authorised dealer where the photo was taken.
2. Lucky Giveaway Winners must cooperate with the authorised dealer to take a photo upon receiving the cash prize. The authorised dealer has the right to withhold the cash prize if the weekly winner refuses to cooperate.

1. Each Grand Prize Winner will win a complete bathroom makeover worth RM18,000 which includes basins, faucets, water closets, bidets, showers, basin cabinet, bathroom accessories, counter-tops, tiles, paint, lights, plumbing, electrical wiring, and project management by The Organizer.
2. Grand Prize Winners must visit Sorento Headquarters to receive the Grand Prize, discuss details and pose for a winner’s photo.
3. The Grand Prize (complete bathroom makeover) may not be converted to any monetary value. Grand Prize Winners may choose to add-on additional items to the bathroom makeover at their own expense. All contractors involved in the renovation works will be from The Organizer’s panel. Any non-compliance of the above will result in the prize to be null and void.
4. Any additional cost/expenses out of the RM18, 000.00 must be borne by the Grand Prize Winners.
5. During the renovation period, Grand Prize Winners must allow The Organizer’s marketing team to visit the site to carry out video recordings of the renovation site. The Organizer’s marketing team will have the rights to utilize the recordings to further promote the brand online/offline.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and/or suspend this Contest, without the need to provide any prior notice.
2. Participation in this Contest and acceptance of the prize constitutes an irrevocable permission for the Organizer to use the winner's name and photographs for purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification to the winner.
3. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all decisions by the Organizer are final and binding.
4. The Organizer decision on all matters relating to this contest shall be final, conclusive and binding. The Organizer is not obligated to give any reasons on any matter in the contest.
5. The Organizer reserves the right over all the contest prize if there is an occurrence of zero (0) winner due to disqualify participants.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes.

1. Facebook posts that are not public, does not include the #SorentoRebuild2020, does not tag @SorentoMalaysia, store name and a minimum of three (3) friends will be immediately disqualified from the contest without any prior notice.
2. The Organizer has the absolute discretion to reject or disqualify an entry without any reason whatsoever to any participant or any other party.
