Participation Steps:
1) This event and contest is open for kids below 12 years old.
2) Participating kids are advised to have Halloween theme dress up and make up.
3) Winning Criteria:
Costume design – 60%
Make up matching with costume – 30%
Overall Presentation – 10%
Prizes:
• 1st Prize – RM300 WCT Cash Vouchers
• 2nd Prize – RM200 WCT Cash Vouchers
• 3rd Prize – RM150 WCT Cash Vouchers
• Consolation Prizes X 7 – RM50 WCT Cash Vouchers each
