1. To qualify for the Contest, Participants are required to purchase minimum one [1] packet of Pacific West product (excluding the “Subi” brand) in a single official printed receipt during the Contest period.
2. (Submission of Entries via WhatsApp) Participants are required to snap a photo of the original receipt(s) detailing Contest Name (“PACIFIC WEST FOODball FEVER”), Participant’s Name, IC No., Contact No., Address, Email Address & Outlet Name in the picture caption and send through WhatsApp to 019-8231217. Participants will receive a WhatsApp acknowledgment.
3. (Submission of Entries by Post) All entry form(s) must be completed legibly and attached together with the original single printed receipt as a Proof-of-Purchase (“POP”), delivered as ordinary mail. Any other means of delivery will be automatically disqualified. The Organiser will not be responsible for any non-receipt of postal deliveries. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
4. (Submission of Entries through Pacific West On-Ground Road shows) Entry form(s) must be completed legibly and attached together with the original POP receipt for submission of entries through Pacific West on-ground road shows.
