1. Spend a minimum worth of RM60, in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from any participating outlets during the Promotion Period.
2. Entry Forms may be obtained from the outlet or downloaded from www.sushi-king.com. All completed Entry Forms must be dropped into the designated Contest Box at any Sushi King outlet(s)  along with the Proof of Purchase.
3. Each Valid Entry, completed with the required information received by the Organiser during the Promotion Period will be serialized starting from 001.
4. For every RM60 spend under one Proof of Purchase, one (01) serial number will be allocated to the Entry. If the spending value worth RM180 under one proof of purchase, three (03) serial numbers will be allocated to the Entry.
